Elevating Plug and Play Across the Building
Following the success of the fully fitted plug and play workspace delivered on the second floor, Endurance Land reappointed Whitepaper to further enhance 138 Cheapside through the redevelopment of the first floor, sixth floor, and lower ground end of trip amenities.
The expanded scope included both CAT A upgrades and fully fitted workspace solutions, continuing the evolution of the building into a high quality, design led workplace destination in the heart of the City.
The design strategy built upon the established aesthetic language of the earlier fit out, ensuring continuity across the building while introducing a more elevated and refined material palette. Premium upgrades to finishes and detailing were carefully layered throughout the scheme, bringing added warmth, sophistication, and longevity to the spaces.
A subtle influence of terracotta tones was woven through the palette, adding richness and depth while complementing the architectural character of the building.
Across the workspace floors, the layouts were designed to remain flexible and commercially adaptable, supporting a variety of occupier needs while maintaining a strong sense of identity.
Contemporary furniture, considered styling, and refined breakout spaces create an environment that feels polished and welcoming, balancing practicality with a more hospitality driven workplace experience.
The lower ground end of trip facilities were approached with the same attention to detail, transforming functional amenities into a premium extension of the tenant experience.
Materiality, lighting, and spatial flow were carefully considered to ensure the spaces feel cohesive with the wider building identity while elevating the day to day experience for occupiers.
The result is a confident and commercially intelligent repositioning of 138 Cheapside. Through carefully curated design interventions and a consistent architectural language, Whitepaper has helped shape a workplace environment that feels contemporary, connected, and ready to meet the expectations of modern City occupiers.
