Flexible by Design, Distinct in Character
Duke Street Property appointed Whitepaper to reposition 103 Wigmore Street as a contemporary CAT A+ workspace that brings renewed energy and identity to the building. The brief centred on creating a space that felt playful yet sophisticated, balancing strong visual character with the flexibility and longevity required for future occupiers.
The design introduces a carefully curated colour palette that injects warmth, personality, and vibrancy throughout the workspace without compromising its professional appeal. Rich tonal accents and layered finishes sit against a refined neutral backdrop, creating a scheme that feels confident, modern, and inviting. Furniture, styling, and material selections were approached with restraint and intention, ensuring the space feels cohesive and thoughtfully composed.
Sustainability played a key role in the design strategy, with a strong emphasis placed on conscious material choices and responsible specification. Finishes were selected not only for their visual quality and durability, but also for their environmental performance and long term suitability. This considered approach allowed the project to align commercial flexibility with a more sustainable design outcome.
Futureproofing was another central driver of the scheme. The layout was designed to remain highly adaptable, supporting a range of occupier needs and working styles over time. Flexible planning solutions, agile work settings, and multifunctional areas allow the workspace to evolve naturally while maintaining a clear and intentional design identity.
The result is a CAT A+ environment that feels fresh, characterful, and commercially intelligent. At 103 Wigmore Street, playful design gestures and conscious decision making come together to create a workplace that is both visually engaging and built for the future.
