TWhitepaper worked alongside landlord Dorrington and the agency team to deliver a premium CAT B fit-out, shaping a workspace that balances architectural refinement with creative expression.

The design concept centred on creating a minimal, light-filled canvas that celebrates the architectural quality of the building. A palette of soft oak, white partitioning, and clean lines establishes clarity and calm throughout the space. Rather than over-designing, the approach was to highlight the premium architectural detailing and generous proportions of The Bindery, allowing the space itself to feel considered and quietly sophisticated.

Layers of colour were introduced thoughtfully through the tea point, meeting room furniture, and key focal areas, adding depth and personality without disrupting the overall restraint. This subtle injection of tone creates warmth and character while maintaining a cohesive and professional aesthetic.

Crucially, the workspace was designed to showcase Ragged Edge’s own work. Walls act as curated gallery spaces, allowing the agency’s branding projects and artwork to become a defining feature of the interior. This final personalised layer transforms the office from a refined architectural shell into a living expression of the company’s ethos and creativity.

The result is a bright, confident, and design-led workspace that mirrors Ragged Edge’s philosophy: purposeful, distinctive, and unapologetically ambitious.
