Strategic bursts of colour were introduced to energise the space, complemented by modern detailing and softer finishes to create a more progressive workplace identity. The aim was to maintain the professionalism expected of a legal practice while expressing a more inclusive and forward thinking company culture.

The expanded layout introduces greater flexibility across the floorplate, incorporating agile seating, sit stand workstations, and a variety of soft meeting settings to support different styles of working. A significantly enlarged breakout space forms a central hub for the team, designed to accommodate town halls, informal gatherings, and collaborative sessions. This multifunctional area strengthens internal connectivity and reinforces a sense of shared culture across the firm.

The result is a confident and refreshed workplace that respects Lawrence Stephen’s corporate foundations while signalling a modern evolution.
