Premium Design in the Heart of St James

A new headquarters at 63 St James Street provided Innovo with the opportunity to create a workplace that reflects the ambition and evolution of the business. Whitepaper designed a sophisticated CAT B environment across multiple levels, placing quality, connection, and considered detailing at the heart of the scheme.

A defining intervention was the introduction of a new internal staircase, creating a stronger physical connection between the floors and encouraging movement and interaction throughout the workplace. More than simply a circulation route, the staircase became an architectural feature within the space, helping to unite the different areas of the HQ and create a greater sense of cohesion.

The material palette focuses on quality and longevity, combining premium finishes, refined textures, and carefully selected furniture to create an elegant and understated environment. Bespoke detailing and considered joinery add depth and character, while the furniture specification brings a sense of comfort and permanence appropriate to a premium headquarters.

Particular attention was given to the lower ground floor, where natural daylight was limited. Integrated ceiling lightboxes were introduced to create the impression of a more intentional and consistent daylight source, transforming the atmosphere of the space and making it feel brighter, more welcoming, and connected to the rest of the workplace.

The result is a polished and contemporary headquarters that balances architectural intervention with refined materiality. From the new staircase to the carefully curated furniture and lighting strategy, every element has been considered to create a workplace that feels connected, elegant, and distinctly Innovo.
