Spanning over 20,000 sq ft, Whitepaper partnered with Signet to reposition 70 White Lion Street into a contemporary, design led workplace destination in the heart of Angel. The project involved reimagining multiple floors of the building, introducing a new arrival experience, transforming previously cellular office layouts into open, flexible workspaces, and delivering premium plug and play floors ready for immediate occupation.
